General Summary
Working closely with both the R&D & world wide teams, you will take responsibility for writing and editing technical documentation for software products.

Job Descriptions
* Write, edit and update technical documents for software product, including manual, online Help, etc.
* Communicate with R&D team engineers to gather information for creating new documents or updating existing documents
* Be able to develop new technical documentation based on engineering specifications, hands-on use of the product, and interviews with subject matter experts
* Responsible for editorial reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and usability of the contents
* Contribute to the team’s processes and quality standards.
* Work with software World Wide teams

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields
* 2+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent experience required, software industry experience is a plus
* Excellent English and Chinese written/spoken proficiency.
* Sound knowledge on Acrobat, FrameMaker and/or Microsoft Office
* Able to manage production of multiple documents, projects, and deadlines
* Knowledge of xml authoring is an advantage.
* Interest in new technologies/products and ability to learn new concepts quickly
* Open-minded, highly self-motivated and flexible team player
* Detail-oriented, with excellent organization, communication and writing styles
* Excellent information structuring and good interpersonal and communication skills
* Native English speaker is welcomed to apply.
