Services has entered the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space with an aspiration to become a leader in this market in
the very near future. BPO is one of the key strategic initiatives identified within Services. A customer facing Solution
Center has been established to strengthen the ability to grow the strategic outsourcing business and provide industry
leading process services and solutions to our customers. A Global IT is being established staffed by subject matter experts
in Platform Technologies, Solution Architects, Designers, Project Managers and Deployment Manager ba<x>sed initially in the
Americas and India.
Qualifications
Education:
BE/MCA/ P.G. or equivalent.
Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 04 to 06 years as an IT professional or consultant with experience in IT deployment, network, hardware, application
and IT services.
Skills
- Knowledge related to the OS (Windows @ system level)
- Wide range of windows applications (like Office, system software)
- Network administration experience (with all related HW / SW)
- TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, DC
- Switch, router, hub, FW
- Mail server (POP3, SMTP, web mail)
- Communicate effectively and fluently in English.
- Solid experience within desktop/technical support in a distributed environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong organization skills,
- Abilities to translate from users'language to IS/IT language and vice versa.
Additional Skills:
- Decision making, Customer Service, Problem Solving.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.(Ability of analyzing and identifying system malfunctioning)
- Basic project management skills.
- Business oriented, customer focused mindset.
- Understanding of corporate computing environments
