Responsibilities
•Build up long-term relationship with middle to high level people of client
•Maximize customer share in existing account, use total solutions to improve client working E2 continually
•Working closely with other sales team and service team, create the appropriate account strategy
•Responses for generating total billing revenue for company, specially focus on annuity year over year growth
•Solve customer issues on time and work closely with account manager
•Meet customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction rate
Requiements:
•Universtity graduate or above, computer or engineering field preferred
•At least 3 years direct sales experience, experience in IT industry or high-tech products is preferred while target industry is MNC
•Good communication, negotiation, presentation and problem solving and analytical skills
•Working knowledge on network and related technologies, PC literacy
•Good Chinese & English in oral and written communication
•Willingness to learn, flexible and initiative
