An international footwear manufacturer exporting products to overseas market.
Salary:

Reporting to:
ADM / Financial Senior Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure all process related with financial/accountacy be done under PRC law and rules
+ Organize and maintain organized Financial department work flow, in order to prepare and release all necessary doc's timely (internal and external clients)
+ Control and accompany the financial / accountancy procedure overall, assuring necessary accuracy in order to keep factory working smoothly
+ Know how to handle with all financial / accountancy issues
+ Promote the good relationship between internal departments and inside Financial department
+ Be proactive, in order to improve financial department work flow
+ Double check financial staff actions, to ensure the correct procedures
+ Audit regularly financial / accountancy process / procedures to ensure that factory observe PRC law / rules
+ Guarantee that the objectives, rules, procedures and predetermined periods to be observed
+ Evaluate and improve financial department work flow in order to optimize the payment / accountancy process
+ Cooperate with whole team to improve factory work flow
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
+ At least 3 year experience in Financial and Accountancy management
+ Experience in shoe industry preferred
+ Good computer operation skills
+ Responsible, compromise with the precision of the work and with finish timely
+ Sense of judgment, meticulous / pays attention to detail
+ Strong quality awareness, assertive and precise and as a strong self-initiator
+ Fluent in written and spoken Chinese Mandarin and English
+ Willing to live and work in Chongqing
