**Senior RF engineer Location: Beijing
Requirement:
Senior RF Engineer/Manager (RFID)
Location: Beijing
Requirement:
Master or above in EE or Microelectronics;
At least 3+ years experience in analog ASIC design;
Experienced with analog design flow and methodology;
Specific knowledge in design, tapeout, and testing of RF IC, responsible for 10-900MHZ RFID design;
Excellent team work skills;
Responsibility:
1, Research and development on RF IC;
2, Setup the testing environment for RF IC and responsibility for the testing plan;
3， Familiar with RF ID Tag design and development.
**System Architecture Engineer/Manager
Location: Beijing
Requirements:
Master or above in Electrical majors;
At least 3+ years experience in integrated circuit design;
Experienced with ASIC flow and methodology;
Specific knowledge in the architecture of the embedded system, Familiar with Intel/ARM CPU and smart card design;
Experience in project management is a plus;
Excellent team work skills;
Responsibility:
1、Products investigation and definition;
2、Architecture Design of embedded system；
3、Responsibility for product implementation plan；
4、Responsibility for product evaluation plan and qualification plan.
**Technical Director 技术总监
Location: Beijing
全面主持公司产品研发工作，协助研发副总规划公司的技术发展路线与新产品开发，实现公司的产品研发目标。
素质要求
专业:电子、微电子等集成电路相关专业
1、具有高度的责任感和事业心，有很强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力，有良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力，高度的工作热情，良好的职业道德；
2、有很强的创造能力、拓展能力、抽象思维能力与项目管理能力，精通行业内的最新技术方法，能够把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到的见解；
3、熟悉公司产品结构、性能、机理、使用方法，有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验；
4、十分熟悉集成电路生产过程，包括设计、工艺、设备、产品等方面的情况；
5、接受过战略管理、管理能力开发、项目管理、创新管理、财务及法律方面的相关培训，熟悉ISO/QS9000标准体系；
6、能熟练使用英语进行阅读、翻译及会话交流，能熟练使用计算机。
