THEY DON'T RING A BELL AT A BOTTOM OF A GOLD MARKET, Gold has made 2006 bottom this Tuesday after capitulation selling and washout, August Gold future low was $547 in Asia market trading.
From top on May 12, 2006 to bottom on June 14, 2006, almost one month correction time frame, the haicut is 25 % on metal and 30% on XAU ( gold stock index). If we compare with Feb-March correction, we saw the same pattern as one month correction time frame from Feb 06 ( top) to March 10 ( bottom). This time correction was bloodbath, from parabolic spike ( gold up from 540 to 730) to parabolic purge ( from 730 to 547) in just three months !
Price, timing cycle as well as astrology, volume, breadth, relative strength ratio...etc all point and confirm each other that we have made bottom on gold in JUNE of 2006 !
Look forward, this is just one man's opinion, we will have rally in JULY, and then go down again in AUGUST to retest bottom made in this week in JUNE !
SPX had huge short squeeze rally today, and we need to see follow thorugh with volume in next few days. I am incline to think spx will show weakness on the end of next week to prepare for FED meeting on the end of JUNE, Then after that we will have summer rally in JULY, and then urgly selling again in Fall.
