Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
独立评估、选择、并运用标准建筑技术、规程及准则；独立判断，进行细小修改。
Receive instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions.
明确项目目标、重点、参照、及可能的解决方案。
A broad responsibility with clients, manufacturers, and public.
广泛的责任心，无论是针对客户、制造商、或公众。
Communicate effectively and outstanding skills in English, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work in a fast pace environment.
有效的沟通和出色的英语能力，能够在快节奏的氛围内自觉、独立地进行工作。
Requirements:
要求：
Bachelors degree in Architectural required
建筑专业，学士学位。
Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English
工作中能熟练使用英语（口语和书面）。
Certificate in Architectural preferred
拥有建筑师相关资格证书的优先考虑。
Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned
态度积极，愿意承担责任，对工作认真负责。
Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program
能熟练运用Auto CAD和办公软件。
Be familiar with related Chinese design code
熟悉国内相关设计规范。
8 years of experience preferably on large scale architectural & engineering projects, multinational experience an asset.
具有8年大型建筑和工程项目经验和跨国公司工作经验的优先考虑。
Be able to travel
能够出差。
Valid passport is must
须持有有效护照。
