IT猎头，为某知名通信公司供应链部门招聘中国区供应链经理-管理中国区所有工厂的供应链系统，薪酬约40-50万。。

China Region Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities：
1、 Responsible for Contract fulfillment management in China and representative offices as supply chain representatives, responsible for the overall process of Contract fulfillment, including presale support such as communications with customers, biding and tendering, contract negotiation;
2、 Responsible for analyzing and following local customs policy, import preferential policy, local laws and regulations, responsible for warehousing, local logistics, customs clearance;
3、 Responsible for organizing the solutions design and implementation of local supply chain projects: design competitive and low-cost supply solutions according to different delivery scenarios, review and implement it
4、 Responsible for the local supply chain team build-up and the implementation of corporate regulations, as well as improvement of working environment.
Requirements：
1、 8 years or above experience in telecommunications equipment supply industry or supply chain industry, familiar with whole process supply plans on manufacturing, logistics and procurement, rich delivery experience in products such as wireless and fixed network;
2、 Familiar with telecommunications equipment, delivery experience in telecommunications equipment key projects, familiar with the forecast, plan, and processes of the leading telecom operators;
3、 Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customers, capable of design supply plans according to project delivery scenarios and organize implementation;
4、 Good language skill, using English as the working language;
5、 Can adapt to working in oversea countries.
