Job Description:
As the China PSS director for leading China IT outsourcing company, you drive the building of PSS group focusing on providing packaged software solutions services. You participate in business development, qualify business opportunities, provide presales support to Sales group, and recommend technical solutions to potential clients. You interview and qualify candidates to meet Sales demand. You guide and mentor technical consultants. Provide onsite consultants with technical support on subject matter expertise and best practice. You review deliverables, ensure best practice is used, track progresses, and manage client relationship. In this role, you apply your knowledge of products, industry, technologies, and best practices as you help develop a solution for the client.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide presales support on packages applications and technologies. Qualify business opportunities. Provide technical solution recommendations.
· Lead proposal development. Provide level of efforts estimates.
· Manage delivery resources including hiring, staffing, delivery guidance, and career development.
· Build and manage a core PSS consulting team.
· Manage client relationship. Communicate with clients’ senior management.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong communication skills
· Experience in enterprise software implementation a must. BI, CRM, ERP experience a plus.
· Work experience at Global IT service company in China or China domestic IT services company a plus
· Work experience with MNCs in China a plus
