Job Title: Asia Sales Support & Supply Chain Manager
Company: One of US Fortune 500 chemical companies, Dow Jones Listed Company
Work Place: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
-Leading the Sales Support Group in Shanghai, functional responsibility for Sales Support in Singapore and other Ticona offices in Asia
-Organizing the administration and back office of Ticona Asia
-Delivering and carrying out projects to increase customer service and productivity as well as opportunities for process optimization to support the business growth in Asia
-Responsibility for Demand Planning and Forecasting in Asia including system knowledge and support
-Liaison to Ticona Americas, Ticona EU and the Asia Supply Chain Team to assist in emergencies, day to day inquiries, etc
-Participate in the leadership team as a Supply Chain, Process and SAP system specialist
-Responsibility for SOX controls to ensure compliance
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-In debt Knowledge of SAP modules SD, MM, APO
-Supply Chain background with at least 10 years working experience in Planning, Logistics and Customer Service
-Experience in working in an international teams, preferable longer-term stay abroad
-SOX knowledge
-Ample experience with global projects - Project Management – SAP and business processes
-Knowledge of Chinese tax, business and customs regulations
-At least two years experience as supervisor
-Analytical skills
