Title：Marketing Director
-Degree holder or above in marketing, communications, PR, media or other related fields;
-A seasoned and reputable industry professional with minimum 10 years of internet marketing experience (with minimum 5 years served as marketing director or senior marketing manager) within internet, IT, PR, 4As advertising/media agencies, and/or relevant associated industries, minimum 2 year experience leading in-house marketing team;
-Able to maximize the effectiveness of marketing solutions within planned budget cost;
-A seasoned business driver with good people management skills;
-Result oriented, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
-Strong business acumen and planning skills;
-Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills.
-Strong in media planning and research, all-rounded field exposure and media knowledge.
-Able to think "Out of the box" with strategic mind and can-do attitude.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in oral and written.
-Experience in young-female-oriented internet service, social network service, e-commerce or MMO is a bonus.
-Overseas education background is a bonus.
