The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Internet Product Manager to create effective Web ba<x>sed English language learning products. This position requires the candidate to collect and analyze user needs, oversee product design, author product features and specifications, and guide product ideas through the complete product lifecycle. Driving the effective delivery software products will require the candidate to have a passion for language learning and a solid background in software or web application.

产品经理的具体工作职责如下：
1. 负责管理一个或者多个产品的生命周期；
2. 深刻理解用户和市场，专注于为学生创造最好的英语交互学习体验；
3. 负责产品定位、功能、逻辑定义；
4. 与交互设计师协同定义产品体验；
5. 产品推出后，通过数据和用户调查，完善产品功能和体验，把负责的产品做到最好。
Job Description:
As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities are as below:
1. Manage the lifecycle of one or several products.
2. Gather and analyze user needs and requirements.
3. Define terms of product positioning, features and specifications.
4. Work closely with interactive designer to define the user experience.
5. Evaluate product usage patterns, feedbacks and to continue improving product.
职位要求：
1. 计算机、软件或者相关专业本科；
2. 三年以上相关互联网工作经验；
3. 1年以上的软件产品设计和开发，并且有过至少一次软件产品或者网络产品的开发周期管理经验；
4. 有创造力和主动性视野开阔；
5. 一流的分析，策划，沟通和协调能力；
6. 同时具有出色的中英文沟通能力。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of experience in web-ba<x>sed application design, development, and deployment.
3. 1+ years of experience in software product design and management of the life-cycle of software or web-ba<x>sed product.
4. High level of creativity and strong initiative.
5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication and coordination skills.
6. Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarin Chinese.
