Whether formal or informal

For the same syntax
You might have different semantics
For the same semantics
You may have different syntax

Asking which one is more important
Between semantics and syntax
Is just like asking which one is
More important between chicken and egg

In the sea of information and knowledge
How to deal with semantics and syntax
The simplest way is to start from context
