Position: IMS design
lUniversity Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
lExperiecnced Software Designer of 2+ years, C++ is preferred
lStrong telecom background
lGrasp SIP protocal and SS7 stack(ISUP) part
lGrasp DB knowledge, e.g. mysql, DB
lexperienced on multi-thread programming
lKnowledge of IMS is an advantage
lFamiliar with Rose Model, understand UML concept and RUP process
lHaving knowledge of object Oriented design (OOD).
lCan work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit
lGood English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly
lAbility to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks
lInnovative and solution thinking abilities
lOpen minded and willing to take any challenge
Position: SGSN/GGSN Consultant:
SGSN consultant 1 HC
GGSN consultant 3-5 HC
1. Familiar with SGSN product/GGSN product
2. Has TTCN or relevant automatic test experience
The requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a huge demand of new features as well as higher capacity and performance. In addition to this our products will be key components in the next generation Packet Core Network (SAE/EPC).
In order to meet the demands above and to secure a continued success of the Ericsson Packet Core products, we are expanding our Integration & Verification organization.
As a tester your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
* Study requirement specifications and make time estimates regarding different activities during the development phase,
* Write test specifications and map them to related requirements,
* Review test specifications together with designers, system managers and others involved,
* Write test scripts and automate the execution of them,
* Execute test cases and document the results,
* Write trouble reports with relevant error logs attached,
* Find faults and verify corresponding corrections of the software.
* Ensuring the functionality and characteristics of a system on node level
* Other activities related to testing, such as test tool design, process design etc.

Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
* GSN competence (system solutions and network setup)
* Test and verification methods
* Good knowledge in Linux and Unix(Solaris).
* Good knowledge in GPRS and WCDMA systems.
* Good knowledge in GSN system architecture.
* Good knowledge in routers and switches
Experience/knowledge within the following areas is considered as a plus:
* Radio competence
* Writing of reports
* Software development
* Knowledge in scripting
* Network Integration and Verification
* 2~3 years working experiences in SGSN or GGSN area is preferred
* 1~2 years working experiences in router is preferred
Qualification:
Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
