Business Analyst (Asia Data Collection)
Role and Responsibilities
•Assist Senior Business Analyst in the review and analysis of documents
•Communicating the business needs and requirements to the development teams via teleconferences and meetings
•Assist in the management of small to mid-sized projects from start to completion which include planning and organizing the projects, allocating internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks, and be accountable for achieving the project objectives
•Establish and maintain relationships with market data supplier ensuring that project related changes are communicated and understood within the organization.
•Prioritize requests from various business units and project manage them together with various development team members
•Perform quality assurance testing of data content prior to production release
•Handling of communications circuits ordering (local and international).
•Facilitate discussions to help business anticipate future needs and opportunities
•Facilitate discussions with Development groups to translate requirements and enable creation of value-added solutions
Qualifications
•Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial sectors with project management exposure
•Fresh graduates will be considered for Associate Business Analyst position
•Bachelor/Master in related field
•PMP certified or/and CFA is an added advantage
•Good negotiation skills, including vendor management experience
•Good proficiency in written and oral English is compulsory
•JLPT-1 is a must
•Able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
•Able to withstand pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
•Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous
•Strong MS Office applications knowledge
•Self-starter, motivated, independent, versatile team player and work well under pressure.
