Technical Consultant:
Responsibilities:
- Overall solution architecture for energy & utility industry
- Development of proposals to meet customer requirements on key solution areas.
- Opportunity engagement with sales personnel and optional involvement with customer engagement of the solution.
- Gets the Work Products of Pre-concept and Concept phases of Asset Intensive Solution created
- Identifies the critical Technologies, Software Products, and Hardware components for the Solution and the Assets
- Creates the Concept Solution Blueprint/Outline with the Solution Manager, and defines the Solution Value Proposition
- Defines high level Business Solution Requirements (functional and nonfunctional) and identifies the Solution / Asset scope for the engagement
- Evaluates the existing Assets reuse for the Solution & and also come up with reuse strategy for the Assets associated with the Solution currently being worked upon.
- Identifies areas needed for Proof of Concept/Technology in any potential technology risk areas for the Asset Development, does feasibility study for technologies to be used in Asset Development.
Skills required:
- Energy Industry domain knowledge is a plus
- Experiences in IT planning is a plus
- Experiences in consulting and solution design using software and hardware solution
- Have strong capability to build industry solution
- Excellent communication skills, both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer facing skills and passion of working with clients
- Team leadership, good team player as well
- Self motivator and quick learner
- IT infrastructure design, such as storage, DRP, BCP, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in IT consulting, solutions design and IT implementation.
- Prior services experiences or oversea working experience is a strong plus
- English: Fluent
Solution Architects and Project Managers
Responsibilities:

- Development of costs, project design & implementation schedules including appropriate resource level for each proposed implementation phase.
- Ensuring the Team Solution Design processes and methods like Unified Methods are followed.
- Gets the Work Products of Pre-concept and Concept phases of Asset Intensive Solution created
- Identifies the critical Technologies, Software Products, and Hardware components for the Solution and the Assets
- Defines Solution Requirements (functional and nonfunctional) and design the Solution / Asset scope for the engagement
- Evaluates the existing Assets reuse for the Solution & and also come up with reuse strategy for the Assets associated with the Solution currently being worked upon.
- Identifies areas needed for Proof of Concept/Technology in any potential technology risk areas for the Asset Development, does feasibility study for technologies to be used in Asset Development.
- Lead and manage project team if necessary.
Skills required:
