Job Description
The recruiting position of China involves in the process including position evaluation,
HC budgeting and application,
interview evaluation, Offer Letter, reference check, prohibition evaluation, etc.
And also responsible for employee relation management of leaving employees and campus recruiting.
Requirements
1. At least 8 years working experience in HR function, including at least 3 years as recruiting supervisor.
2. Familiar with the competency model, and know well different interview methods, such as scenario, case study, stress interview, etc.
3. Excellent ability of communication and presentation, and may win the trust of the management group.
4. Ability of fast knows well the business, and ability of coaching and mentoring the subordinate.
5. Fluent written and spoken English
