West Zone Associate Director
Subordinates: 3-4 Managers(directly reports)
Working location: Chendu/Chongqing
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Directly managing Sales Representatives / Area Managers /Reginal Managers for Hospital channel in the zone.
* Select, train, and develop personnel commercial competency level to optimize effectiveness
* Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive organic growth in the market
* Exploring and generating local business opportunities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction within planned budget
* Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at all levels
* Leading, directing and motivating the sales team to maximize local business opportunities
* Managing operation processes effectively, including but not limited to Goals & objectives set-up, business planning, regular reviews, performance appraisals / feedback, upward and downward communications, etc.
* Ensuring sales team to be in compliance with company rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in medical or Pharmacy related
* Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with proven sales track record for OTC or Nutrition products
* Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
* Willingness and ability to travel within the zone
* Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team
* Marketing skills and experience
* Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
* General comprehension of English language
