we are helping a top US Telecom Company look for Senior AP Accountant in Beijing, JD as following,
Location: Beijing
Working time: 6am to 3pm, every Tuesday to Saturday
Responsibilities
• Checks and verifies account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Uses ERP systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
• Response for accounts reconciliation.
• Understanding international accounting standards.
• Able to consolidate information for next analyst step.
Requirements
• 4+ years work experience in accounting, high volume transaction experience is highly preferred.
• 2+ AP experience is a must
• Major in finance/accounting or related fields
• Excellent English skill, both in written and spoken
• Deep Knowledge on international accounting
• CPA certificate is preferred
• Have experience on Global AP/AR function, and cross legal entity support
• Familiar with ERP system, especially Peoplesoft
• Can Work under pressure, meet deadline
