Job Description
The successful candidate will join a global application development team working on large-scale software development project; he will be exposed to various new technologies and latest software product development process

Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineers in the global development team to design and develop in general application development.
- Pre-sale support.
- Requirement analysis and architecture design.
- Development and testing.
- Project estimation and control with project manager.

Job Requirement
Solid industry domain knowledge in government industry, including solutions and standards.
- At least 6 years working experience.
- Strong application development in government industry with at least 2 years.
- Strong J2EE/.net experience with at least 3 years of implementation and development experience.
- Solid knowledge on SOA, Web Services (xml, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL.)
- Experience on RDBMS (preferred Oracle/SQL Server) and UNIX (preferred HP-Unix)/Windows.
- Strong and proven database modeling experience is a plus.
- Deeply technology insight is a strong plus.
- Great technology passion is a strong plus
- Self-motivation is a strong plus.
- ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Good English & Chinese communication in writing, listening and speaking.
- Good presentation and documentation skill is a plus.

Required Education:
B.S. in Computer Science or its equivalent (Masters is preferred)
