• Principal Responsibilities

• Please explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position(at least 2 areas can be measured by certain indicator).

• Design of BMS system.

• Program of BMS system.

• Oversee deliver/comissioning and handover of final BMS system.

• Develops overall project management strategy and objectives to help ensured company achieves its overall business objectives.

• Lead project management team to ensure the fulfillment of project goals.

• Requirements

• Contractual Awareness- mairrise

• Technical product knowledge- mairrise

• Application knowledge- expertise

• Engineering degree

• Compulsory: BMS industry background

• Ideal: Leadership of large-risk projects. (Project value >US$5,000K)

• Language: written & spoken English

• Computer: Aware of MS office programs
