•Be responsible for build up right project management system in any product related activities;
•Able to coach, develop people on their project management skill on a cross-functional team basis;
•Monitor various key product related project progress and be responsible to guide under emergency condition;
•Identifies resources needed, assigns individual responsibilities and coordinate different department's efforts;
•Reviews deliverables prepared by team, facilitates team meetings effectively and keeps team well informed of any related changes;
•Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and delivers enegaging, informative, well-organized presentations;
•Manage a good project documentation system and continue optimize product management system which help company to improve efficiency and reduce waste;
Requirement:
•Technical Degree in Engineering,PMP certification.
•4-5 years experience in project management/ strong preference to experience in solar PV or semiconductor industry;
•Able to lead and motivate team without direct authority;
•Team player with positive attitude, able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
•Fluent English (both speaking and writing);
•Familiar with Microsoft Project and office software;
•Position based in Wuxi, with opportunity to global traveling.
