Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager
Location: Beijing
Purpose of the Job
Ensure product approval and insurance of regulatory compliance in the different markets for the nutrition and chemical clusters.
Represent in industry associations working groups and supporting the local production sites in contact with the authorities.
Job Content
Key Areas of Accountability
1. Lead the joint efforts for the development of the global product approval strategy in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Manage dossiers preparation for Product approval based on the global regulatory affairs strategies of the BG or adaptation and submission of the dossier to the authority and follow up on the approval process
3. Secure regulatory compliance covering also the safety of the products
4. Ensure global or regional representation, networking and shaping activities
5. Provide input on changing regulatory environments
6. Contribute to the development of opinions in the area of Regulatory Affairs
7. Provide support to the marketing and sales organization as well as customers.
Knowledge and Educational Level
• University degree in natural sciences, especially in chemistry or biology.
• Knowledge on regulations for chemical area or cosmetics, food, feed, pharma areas.
Required Levels of Experiences
3-5 years in a Regulatory Affairs position or other equivalent positions within a company of chemical industry
Strong communication skills and team working skills
Good language skills (English and mandarin)
