FMCG company in Shanghai is looking for:
Procurement Manager
Key Accountabilities
¨ To manage all elements of procurement of the Company.
¨ In compliance with corporate policy & procedure.
¨ The owner of the company Procurement to Pay process. A major focus for this role will be to achieve value for money through both centralized and coordinated purchasing.
¨ Set up and enhance Procurement to Pay process to be compliance with the policy
¨ Conduct cost analysis to define sourcing strategy
¨ Identify the central procurement items and lead the related supplier selection, negotiation and relationship management;
¨ Gatekeeper of the quality of process for non centralised procurement items
¨ Lead the team to provide transaction services for Procurement to Pay process in SAP (vendor opening, P.O release etc).
¨ Part of China Finance leadership team to drive value for money in the business
Qualification / Experience Required
¨ University graduate and above
¨ 10 years+ procurement related and/or general business experience, in a multinational company.
5 years + management experiences
Knowledge:
• Procurement & business acumen,
• Centralised procurement service centre set up.
• Manufactory/warehouse related engineering procurement experience is a must, IT procurement experience is a plus
Skills:
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Process design/optimisation and project management
• Effective communication and presentation skills with senior management and operation team
• Lead and coach a sizable team , located in different places
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

• Proactive / Initiative and customer focus
• Self starter, responsible and independent, yet a team player
• Able to work under pressure and tight resources
