工作内容：通过电话，网络及现场的方式，协助高级工程师维护全球客户的有线及无线通信设备。
工作地点：大连
1、英语熟练，能与外国人无障碍沟通，；
2、本科学历，通讯，电子科学，计算机，物理学相关专业毕业，一到两年相关工作经验
3、海外硕士学历，应届毕业生亦可
福利：4.5~5.5K*12+0.8(补助)+年薪*15%奖金

Responsibilities
1.Supporting for Ericsson Broadband Products, i.e. GPON, DWDM, SDH etc.;
2.On site support, troubleshooting, implementation and rollout;
3.Perform intense testing to certify solutions are fit for deployment;
4.Standby for emergency;
5.Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of design and solution testing;
6.Working with project manager to identify the scope of the work for projects, the potential risk of solution and identify, mitigate risks of proposed solution;
7.Knowledge transfer to other team members within the organization;
8.This position is based in Beijing, and will require significant travel. Part of the travel is international.
Qualification
1.University degree in a relevant field (IT, Telecommunication)
2.Solid background and experience in data networking and/or telecom infrastructure;
3.Good networking knowledge of Ethernet/IP technologies, TCP/IP, Routing protocols;
4.Good knowledge of Broadband access technologies (ADSL, SHDSL, VDSL, FTTx), with GPON experience as an advantage.
5.Good knowledge of transport network technologies (PDH, SDH, Optical transport, DWDM, CWDM, Microwave)
7.Understanding of Telecom Operators networks, business needs and technology evolution
8.Good command of English and Chinese (verbal and written)
