小妹我最近面是一北美banking solution consultant postion,
要派回北京，老外问我开价，我胆小，就开了月薪2-3万(RMB)，lodging ,insurance 另拴。 看老外脸无难色，不知是不是开低了， 本人MBA(singapore) 若干年3 至5 年工作经验, 2 yrs with China leading bank, 3 yrs with Singapore big corp.，请各高人指点。另外，现国内个人税如何， 我是Singapore PR， 应该再那里交税< co headquarter is north america, office in europe, north america, HK, no office in beijing. Should I ask for more, how to structure the payment, such as low basic salary while high allowance to avoid high tax levied? any benefit other than lodging i cn claim? really appreciate yr advice!
