Has anybody applied for re-entry permit to go back to China and keep U S greencard status at the same time?
Is proof of a job offer in China needed? Is working for a U S company in China making re-entry permit easier to be approved?
Do you think that it is complicated enough that hiring a lawyer is necessary? I heard that the lawyer fee is USD 200?
