Qualifications / Experience:
•4 plus years Personal Computer experience including Customer Support or Help Desk
•2 plus years experience in a Training Delivery Role within a technical environment
Education:
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
•Training or Teaching Certificate an advantage
•Deep technical expertise in 3 of the following:
-Microsoft Windows XP
-Microsoft Office 2002/2003
-Network Connectivity
-Network Management
-E-mail and Internet connectivity
-Lotus Notes
Responsibilities:
•Deliver new hire training and refresher training.
•Make recommendations for changes and enhancements to existing training content
•Assists in design and creation of relevant training material
•Creation of training course module assessments and feedback forms
•Provide progress reports to Training Manager
•Knowledge sharing with other trainers so that all trainers have a competency to deliver training in all subjects
•Other responsibilities as defined by Training Manager
