It seems that there are a lot of choices. Don't want to consider pricy ones like 珊瑚湾畔。Only those with quality comparable to average American (stand alone)houses. Advice with real experience on real stories please. If you have bought one, have seen one, or heard of real case from a friend of yours, please shoot.
