Role Description
l Responsible for overall area execution, delivery and competency coverage
l Drive implementation and adherence to standard processes and ongoing continuous improvement
l Manage overall capacity and scheduling
l Resolve resource issues
l Identify net staffing requirements
l Assist teams with creating and achieving area/team goals
l Conducts software quality assurance reviews
l Serve as Shanghai on-site leader responsible for ensuring Shanghai I/T Center staff can effectively deliver per the established processes, policies, procedures and goals
l Lead and facilitate projects aimed at improving Shanghai I/T Center capability, delivery and support services
l Identify and escalate issues to area PL’s
l Monitor and manage delivery against headquarter goals/metrics
l Generate regular Shanghai I/T Center status reports
l Facilitate post-project lessons learned sessions
Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above
l Excellent command of spoken and written Englishl
l Minimum of 8-10 years relevant IT work experience, and above 5 years project management experience
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l Excellent team management skills
l Familiar with software quality management and software development life cycle
