Business Development Manager for Oracle ERP
Responsibility
Business Development
* Create Business plan and strategies for Business development for Oracle solution
* Identify potential customers – Both MNC and Domestic (focus on Oracle and ERP)
* Create visibility of Company offerings
* Create opportunities and leads for services
* Coordinate with pre sales team to prepare proposals for engagements
* Discuss and present the proposals
* Proposal discussions and convert to order
* Participate in seminars and conference for business development
Customer and Alliance Management
* Develop Customer relationship and contacts
* Drive the alliance with Oracle China and plan joint marketing strategy (He will leverage existing relationship between client company and Oracle)
* Co-ordinate customer visits
* Invoicing activities
Project Management
* Participate in monitoring the health of the ongoing projects
* Forecast resource requirements
Qualifications and experience
* Min Bachelor degree (MBA Preferred) with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
* Required to have working experience in MNC environment with strong background of sales of IT solution in China.
* Should be knowledgeable on ERP market of China and exposure to Oracle ERP/SCM/CRM/BI products and solution.
* Must be result driven, innovative and should have excellent relationship management ability.
* Contacts in the local business community is essential.
* Strong communication (English and Chinese), presentation and leadership skills
* Willing to travel to Customer locations in China and other Asia pacific countries
* Exposure to Project management and Quality
* Location shall be Shanghai
