Principal Responsibilities
Required to lead and manage the overall sales and operations function for Dell Spare Parts Sales. Initially responsible for only China & Hong Kong (CNHK) geography, the role is likely to expand for a top performing candidate to include broader After Point of Sale (APOS) Operations Management responsibility for APJ.
Responsiblities include managing, leading and motivating the Spare Parts Sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets (Customer, Employee, Team Performance and Financial), in addition to providing support to management with respect to the strategic planning and management of a rapidly growing business. Scope of the role also includes broader ATG (APOS Transaction Group) Operations Management responsibility for all NA (North Asia) ATG
Requirements
o University level bachelor degree or higher in any discipline.
o Minimum 3 years of sales experiences in IT industry.
o Direct selling experience to an end-user customer base, with demonstrated high degree of customer focus and exposure as part of previous experience highly desirable
o Excellent analytical and functional excel skills essential
o Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
o Sales&Marketing, call center and / or operations management experience helpful
o Management experience highly desirable
o Strong business and financial acumen.
