Job Description:
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for leading the Finance function at a newly established
company in Chang Chun. The person will responsible for all aspects of Finance and will be a key resource for the General Manager of the business. Responsibilities will include:
*Leading the financial integration of the new company into Genpact, including
implementing financial systems and controls that comply with Genpact policy.
*Establishing procedures for conducting the month, quarter, and year end financial
closing processes, including reporting results on a legal entity and management basis.
*Managing the company's Balance Sheet and ensuring that internal controls and systems
are in place to safeguard company assets.
*Leading the SI, SII, and OP processes for the company and presenting results to senior
management. .
*Analyzing financial performance of the business on an ongoing basis, establishing
financial measurement systems, and providing financial estimates to management, as
required.
*Providing financial analysis support to the other functions in the business.
*Coordinating internal and external financial audits for the site and ensuring all legal, tax,and GAAP requirements are met.
*Leading programs to reduce costs (e.g. VCP) and improving the overall level of
profitability in the business.
*Managing a Finance staff of approximately ??? people and ensuring they have the
proper training and skills to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
*4-Year University degree in Finance or Accounting.
*5+ years progressive experience in Finance roles in NMC.
*Excellent understanding of Financial Planning and Accounting policies and
methodology, including a strong knowledge of financial systems and controls.
*Fluent in Chinese and English.
*Good understanding of Excel and Business Information tools.
*Strong team leadership, business, and problem solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with wide range of people.
Desired
-Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
-Audit experience with major audit company.
-7+ years progressive experience in Financial/Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Audit.
General
The position will be responsible for the Finance function for a company with employing about 100 people. Significant increases are planned in the business over the next 3-5 years. The position will report solid line to the LSS Finance Manager in the U.S. and will work closely with the GM of the newly established organization.
