Position: CRM Technologies Development Manager
Salary Range: RMB400K-100k/Y
Responsibilities:
The development manager owns the development and support of Marketing Automation software solutions at GE Consumer Finance. In this regard, the incumbent’s responsibility will be to:
Provide Technical leadership in the GCMS development team in pursuit of the development and delivery of Marketing Automation solutions that meet the documented User requirements and are delivery on time and on budget.
Lead the development and support of GCMS managing external providers or internal development resources to deliver high quality solutions to time and budget.
Convert user requirements/functional specifications/logical designs produced by the Product Manager/Integration Managers into Physical designs and developed solutions utilizing 3rd parties as necessary.
Manage the in-house GCMS development team to deliver effective solutions for GCMS initiatives
Develop and implement an overall technical architecture and associated technical standards for the group.
Act as Project Manager for the entire life cycle of GCMS development efforts and participate in estimation of costs and identification of key resources
Manage the performance of third parties supplier in China such that they:
Provide high quality solutions
Deliver as per agreed schedule
Produce accurate quotes/work plans and deliver to them
Maintain a continuous improvement program that sees defect rates reduce and productivity improve
Costs are reconciled and overall costs contained
Provide Level 2 support service for the analysis and resolution of GCMS technical incidents and problems
Manage External vendors in their provision of Level 3 support ensuring they conform to Service Level Agreements and escalating where necessary.
Advise the Integration team on technology capabilities, issues and opportunities
Facilitate frequent project management meetings
Ensure conformance to organizational project management and technology methods, standards and practices and participate in their evolution
Work closely with vendors on licensing and support issues and ensure that service levels are met and processes are streamlined
Oversee Data Resource Management activities
Requirements:
Masters degree or equivalent relevant work experience and 8+ years of IT operational experience from which 2 years spent with a multinational company.
Strong technical expertise in J2EE technologies and strong business acumen, preferably in the CRM domain and/or consumer finance industry.
Should have managed in-house and third party development teams.
Results-oriented individual with a track record of delivering to specification, on-time and within budget
Strong functional knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project
Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strategic/creative thinker, with demonstrated technology vision
Ability to work as part of a global cross-cultural team
Desire to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Quality focused in work production and process improvements
Ability to create high quality technical documentation
