Provide IT support to internal call center users, manage service provider and work with global IT support organization to maintain a highly available IT infrastructure. Role and Responsibilities As a business IT support staff from call center organization, you will be responsible for * Provide high quality IT technical support to call center internal users * Assist IT organization in delivery of highly available IT infrastructure * Participate in offshore projects and work with transition team to execute, deliver projects within defined timeline from IT perspective. * Manage service provider to provide SLA compliance service * Work on moderately complex worldwide program representing GSC Dalian such as business continuity planning, IT optimization initiative, etc. * May be required on-call or work on shift
Qualifications The individual would be expected to hold the needed discipline, skills and knowledge:
* 2-3 years IT/Telecom experience working on IT technical support
* BS degree Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
* Familiar with TCP/IP, Windows Networking and fair knowledge on telephony (TDM/VoIP), better to have MCSE/CCNP certificate
* Project management experience will be considered as a major privilege
* Good problem resolution, identification, and decision-making skills
* Experience on relational database, particularly MS SQL server
* CET-6 is a must, proficient spoken English
* Software programming experience with VB/VC/Delphi/DotNet is a plus
