- Company profile: a multinational company which is a leading player in the rubber industry. The company has more than 100 year history. Worldwide it has more than 100 factories.
- Location: Shanghai
- Responsibilities:
• Implement, manage and maintain Revenue Management System or “Pricing Engine” project
• Analyze and model the consumer pricing environment (quantitative and qualitative) and develop appropriate pricing strategies and policies that support the business strategy
• Maintain comprehensive competitor intelligence database
• Track and Report appropriate pricing, revenue, and profitability KPIs to ensure pricing policies are adhered to throughout the organization
• Work closely with associates and key stakeholders from other departments
• In conjunction with other marketing associates, actively participate in the Product Portfolio Management Process
- Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in related business or “hard” science fields; Post graduate qualification preferred
• Five years of practical business experience
• Solid experience in price modeling and development, business preparation and evaluation
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems
• High level of astute commercial judgment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of the latest developments in pricing technology and practices
• Knowledge of database construction and maintenance
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to present in front of large audiences and senior management
• Ability to quickly adapt to and adopt new processes and ideas
• Ability to quickly grasp a new business environment including competitors strategic directions, wholesale and retail market place trends, and pricing back-end systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
