Principal Responsibilities:
·Lead, motivate and coach a team.
Inspires and holds others accountable for meeting or exceeding their individual goals.
· Drive for operational results and quality improvements through processes and metrics.
Ability to work with cross-functional team and regional participations.
Analyze sales performance data to identify low performers and take corrective action
Work closely together with marketing to develop and execute programs.

Requirements
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical training or certification with any
combination of experience and training that provides the preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· Minimum 4 years corporate sales experience.
Knowledge in IT products, services and services sales preferred and 2+ years people management experience;
·Ability to motivate and influence others across a large organization
· Must have proven success in consistently managing sales group to achieve goals;
·Intellectual and analytical;
· Be a change agent;
· Strong drive for results and customer focus
· Short-term execution and long-term planning abilities
· Show strong organizational agility;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written
