PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Dependable attendance is a requirement of the job.)
1.Provide guidance, direction, and training to customer service representatives and group leaders to effectively resolve customer issues according to established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
2.Develop customer service action plans by analyzing and monitoring levels of customer satisfaction by promoting involvement and teamwork.
3.Provide service to effectively resolve escalated customer concerns and issues.
4.Represent Customer Service Dept., in various meetings outside of the department and prepare special reports, projects, and presentations to keep management abreast of customer service issues.
5.Resolve customer satisfaction issues by negotiating with other departments, speaking with customers, examining and redefining policies, and monitoring reports.
6.Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintain costs, methods and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
·Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and English.
·Excellent analytical skills
·Good verbal and written communication skills.
·Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
·Good telephone etiquette skills.
·Excellent knowledge of Dell products and services.
·Able to motivate others in sensitive situations.
·Prefer a Bachelors degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years experience in a customer service environment, management or related field and a minimum of eight years management experience.
