Manage the Relationship eBusiness shadow P&L to achieve optimal Operational Income contributions to segment’s bottom line.
· Drive B2B Online (Premier) usage & penetration of e-revenue, e-order and frictionless transactions with primary focus on Online conversion, margin control/protection and Dell user expansion.
· Own execution of key Relationship eBusiness objectives in CHK and leading the management/execution of cross-functional programs/projects to produce sustainable financial & business targets
· Responsible for building the CHK Relationship eBusiness infrastructure and Dell Premier Pages solution offerings in the respective segments
· Develop and implement strategic recommendations/plans that position Dell Premier Pages as a key productivity tool for Sales
· Interlock/align with Relation marketing, Relation finance & Relation sales operations to ensure Premier target integration with core segment metrics for measurement/tracking/ stack ranking
· Leverage appropriate cross-functional resources/teams to support Premier Pages processes & key initiatives
· Lead Premier Marketing Managers and Business Development Managers in the creation and execution of scaleable & sustainable Premier sales penetration strategies & programs across segments.
· Develop, implement and manage Premier Page marketing resource & programs that support the approved business strategies, objectives and goals.
· Tight interlock/alignment with APJ Premier Support & Operations (PSO) manager & dotted-line overview of CHK PSO team to ensure optimal internal and external CE with Premier Page is maintained in a professional manner and within contracted SLAs
· Seamless engagement process with the APJ eBusiness Product Development & Online IT team to continuously improve on the features and functionality available on Dell’s Premier Page websites throughout CHK
· Buildorganizational capability by serving as a thought leader resource to diverse groups within CHK Sales Management Team
Qualifications
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 10 years proven experience in business set up and management environment; strong business and financial acumen. Masters Degree (MBA) is preferred
· Language: Excellent written and verbal English & spoken local language. Written local language preferred but not required
· Experience in Online marketing/promotions and/or managing online demand generation programs, preferred but not required
· Results oriented and Priority setting skill
· Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and demanding environment
· Ability to present clear and concise information at all levels - team, executives, internal customers, and external customers
· Proven leadership qualities & strong motivational team spirit
· Strong organization building, planning and operations management skills
· Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills.
