1． 负责财务部门的人力资源建设及流程和制度建设，确保财务部门有效执行公司有关规定和制度；Manage the finance team in 6 offices, draft and improve finance policies and procedures, and ensure company’s regulations and policies are well implemented by finance staffs;
2． 利用财务核算与会计管理原理为公司经营决策提供依据，协助公司制定战略规划；Provide advice to the management for making business decisions in view of financial risk and control, and help make business plan for the company;
3． 建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务管理体系，进行有效的内部控制，并主持对公司生产、销售等重大项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；Set up a professional and systematic accounting system for the company, supervise its implementation internally; undertake evaluation and risk control for productions and major sales activities;
4． 参与制定公司预算并负责预算执行的分析、监督和控制；Be involved in annual budget preparation and be responsible for budget implementation and control;
5． 审核财务报表和提交财务管理月报和年报；Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial report to management;
6． 负责组织产品生产销售成本核算、研发成本核算、营销服务成本核算等；Responsible for calculation and financial analysis of sales cost, R&D cost and marketing cost, etc..
7． 负责与德国总部沟通，协调财务工作和确保相关财务政策在本地的落实；Daily communication with Munich headquarter for financial work and ensure the implementation of finance policies in China;
8． 完成总经理交办的其他任务；Other duties upon request;
职位要求：
1． 会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历，有注册会计师资格；Bachelor degree or above, in accounting or finance management related major, CPA is preferred;
2． 全面的财会专业理论知识，现代企业管理知识，熟悉财经法律法规制度和进出口贸易有关法规和流程；Comprehensive knowledge of finance and business management, familiar with financial laws and import & export regulations and procedures;
3． 熟悉外资企业税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算；Familiar with taxation laws of foreign enterprises, business analysis, cost control and cost accounting;
4． 三年以上外企财务管理工作经验，五年以上财务工作经验；More than 3 years of finance management experience, and at least 5 years in accounting field;
5． 具备良好的财务人员职业素养，诚实，有原则性，具备良好的人际沟通技巧；Possess finance professional attributes: honest, handle things in principle, and excellent communication skill;
6． 英语听说读写能力强；Excellent oral and written English;
