•Proactively managing the diary and schedule for Country Manager
•Re-produce presentations and communications for Country Manager
•Payment and management of accounts / invoices – expense claims
•Travel arrangement for the Team
•Staff communications from Country Manager
•Presentation materials
•Verify monthly staff payroll
•Conduct administration activities including:
Forwarding information to reporting team and escalate issues concerning team members
Maintain soft and hardcopy department files and documentation
Coordinate internal meetings, produce and distribute minutes
(if applicable)
Coordinate external meetings and functions for the Asian Team (book venue, organise materials and participants)
•Ensure confidentiality of all information produced and distributed
•Communications
•Review emails and respond to emails as appropriate
•Open and distribute mail – respond to correspondence as appropriate
•Liaise with internal and external clients
•Sound knowledge of MS word, advanced powerpoint and general knowledge of excel
•Provide assistance to team – as required
