• Over five years retail experience, preferred in Sports and Fitness/apparel industries
• Good communication skills; able to communicate in English
• Good people/team management skill
• Has the ability to recognize and analyze problems, while developing potential solutions.
• Has the ability to gather and organize available information. Utilize time as a resource to prioritize, in order to develop and implement a well defined plan of action.
• Able to make decisions, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at a time.
