Does everyone has a car in China? Will it happen? And when will it happen?

Does China has stiff law in terms of labor, safety, tax evassion, etc.? Will it happen? And when will it happen?

Hence, there will still be a lot of Mom&Pop's and local or regional chainstores in China for many years to come.
