Requirements/Qualifications (Education) :
- University graduates in IT with a minimum of 4 years working experience in IT support.
- At least 2 solid years of Windows 2003 Server support experience.
- Experienced in supporting Windows XP Professional OS, Outlook Exchange, AD domain servers
- Experience in data center operations
- Knowledge in TCP/IP networking
- Familiar with Clearcase and Clearquest applications
- Familiar with Helpdesk management and Change management processes
- Good written and verbal communiation skills in Putonghua and English
- Good troubleshooting Skills
- A team player
Job Description :
- provide Windows Server support for Asia offices
- provide day-to-day IT Operations support in the LSI Shanghai and other Asia offices, including OS/Software installation, file system backup/restore, physical IT cabling/patching, etc.
- provide day-to-day users desktop/networking support
- provide backup support on build process.
- prepare/update departmental work documentation and procedures
- work with regional and overseas IT teams on infrastructure improvement projects.
