1st of all, Starbucks received the permission and was invited by Forbidden City, which is stated owned and managed, to open a store there.
Then the CCTV guy decided to put this "sensational discovery" on his blog.
The whole thing is a setup.
What if you invite a whore to your house, then ask her not to play with your husband. Is it your fault or whore's fault ?
If the CCTV guy has balls, then go after his boss...the Chinese govt.
If Bank of China or whoever tries to do the same thing in Paris, they will not receive permission or invitation.
I have paid close attention to media reports of this event on US media. They are very objective and frank about Starbucks mishaps and will learn to deal with China's culture heritage.
China can only rise if its people learn to have the courage to face the truth.
