I once watched a TV show, "Born Rich". It's a documentary of really really rick kids, such as the daughter of Donald Trump, the daughter of Bloomburg, etc. When asked about prenups, almost all interviewee said "absolutely!". One guy offered an example, his grand father made their family maid one of the richest woman in the world, by marrying her.

Considering the divorce rate in modern times, prenup is a reasonable way for the rich to protect their interest.
