There are tons of things that you may need to be aware of for job interviews, and many books on interview skills have the list of those: "Do" and "DON'T DO".
Here is my top three suggestions for executive level interview:
1, Show your passion and positive attitute, toward the industry, the company and the position （就是说，争取面试前使肾上腺增加分泌）
2, Be yourself, don't over- nor under-present. Get to the points, No BS. Be a good listener.
They may be expert on dealing with all kinds of people, so don't force your way in. They can tell.
3, Assess your bosses (direct and indirect) during the interview process also.
If you don't have a decent executive team in place, then don't be missled by whatever they say and promise.
