Marketing Manager - APAC
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
Develop strategies in the region to meet global marketing objectives
Develop and execute marketing programs to support sales channels
Manage and execute trade shows, seminars and other special events
Manage PR activities according to corporate guidelines
Plan and execute direct mailings, telemarketing programs, online promotional programs and other lead generating initiatives
Assist in the development and translation of corporate collateral and marketing documentation and sales tools, according to corporate guidelines
Initiate and promote marketing activities to channel partners
Manage and control local co-op marketing/budget and processes
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data, and implement marketing plans as needed
Work as a team-player in a global marketing organization
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
At least 5 years marketing experience in a fast-paced telecom/datacom vendor/provider environment
3-5 years experience in developing marketing strategies, marketing plans and tactical programs to achieve aggressive sales and revenue goals
3 years experience in managing and executing promotional campaigns, advertising campaigns and direct marketing programs in the APAC markets
Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent project management skills
Good presentation, writing and communications skills in English and Mandarin
Experience working with resellers and distributors in a channel sales environment
