Title:Senior PM
Position Description
1. Driving projects from initiation to delivery
2. Building team as well as conducting interviews as needed
3. Helping clients to identify BRD
4. Managing multiple projects
5. Helping others identify issues and creating plans of action
6. Looking for business opportunities
7. Mentoring and fostering growth in team members and others
8. Negotiating between team/client/coworker by being persuasive across teams

Basic Requirements
Technical Programming Language:Knowledge with C/C++ /C# /VB
Other
1. OS (WinXP, Vista)
2. MS outlook, Word, Excel, PPT and Project
3. Bug tracking tool (WTT/PS/VSTS)"
Non-Technical: "
1. 7 to 10 years of project management skill or software development related experience
2.Strong leadership and mentoring skills 3. Sound business-related skills including negotiation, judgement and decision making skills.
4. Excellent skills in identifying strengths and weaknesses of others
5. Ability to help the team grow and allocate/provide the resources needed for the improvement
6. Strong presentation skills, communication skills and the ability to influence others
7. Excellent project planning skills
