Short term we here cannot live without the Chinese imports, no matter we like it or not. Mid term such situation will continue if no replacement can be found. The toy recalls were only less than 1% of the total toys imported from China, from what I heard. Can any body imagine our kids have no toys for the coming Christmas?? Meanwhile, China really has to try all she can to guarantee the quality of its exports especially the good quality that its own Chinese people are entitled to enjoy.
